How do I know if it is time?

Making the decision to move forward with euthanasia is an extremely difficult choice and is affected by so many factors. It is part of The Peaceful Journeys responsibility to walk the family through this process with our quality of life assessment resources. What will my pet feel?

After introducing myself to your pet, a sedative injection will be given under the skin to help your pet relax and enter a deep sleep. At this point, they will not be feeling pain or anxiety and they are ready to pass with the administration of the final injection.

We are here to provide a stress free, calm, and personal euthanasia. Therefore, any place you feel your pet is at ease is best. Common choices are on their favorite bed or any area they enjoyed spending time.
