This includes travel fee, phone consultation regarding any questions or concerns, sedation, home euthanasia, and notification of your pets passing to your regular veterinarian.*

COMMUNAL CREMATION

Service & cost in addition to in home euthanasia appointment & cost

For this option, your pet will be cremated with other pets and the ashes will be spread in a private location by the crematory and you will receive a personalized clay paw print keepsake.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION

Service & cost in addition to in home euthanasia appointment & cost

For this option, your pet is cremated individually and the remains are returned to you in a personalized urn via The Peaceful Journey UPS or direct pickup.  You will also receive a personalized clay paw print keepsake.
