This includes travel fee, phone consultation regarding any questions or concerns, sedation, home euthanasia, clay paw print keepsake, and notification of your pets passing to your regular veterinarian.

COMMUNAL CREMATION
Service & cost in addition to in home euthanasia appointment & cost
For this option, your pet will be cremated with other pets and the ashes will be spread in a private location by the crematory.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION

For this option, your pet is cremated individually and the remains are returned to you in a personalized urn via The Peaceful Journey UPS or direct pickup.
